1. Pre-sales service: including the buyer's engineers and technicians, user departments, supply departments for laser equipment enquiries, process experiments on sample parts, equipment selection, etc.. This service is free of charge.
2. Installation and training. After the equipment is delivered to the buyer's factory, with the assistance of the demand side, the supplier is responsible for the installation, commissioning and delivery of the laser cutting machine to the site, and carries the necessary special tools and commissioning tools. And the engineer will provide retraining to the operation and maintenance workers.

3. Equipment acceptance. After the contract is signed, the supplier will design and manufacture the equipment in strict accordance with the technical specifications in the contract. After the installation and commissioning of the equipment on the demand side, both parties will carry out final acceptance of the equipment according to the pre-acceptance criteria for feasibility, stability and reliability.
4. After-sales service. The company provides a two-year warranty and lifetime maintenance for the products purchased by the buyer. During the warranty period, if the equipment breaks down and the machine parts are damaged (except for human factors and force majeure), the supplier is responsible for free repair and the parts to be replaced will be provided by the buyer free of charge (except for wearing parts). After the warranty period, only the actual repair costs will be charged.
5. Packaging and transportation. The supplier conforms to the packaging standards for railway or road and sea transport in packaging.
